Due to our pre-qualification process, the majority of our clients can expect to get the solution provided in your contract. Simply put, we get the job done. If we are unable to obtain an offer from your lender, we will refund you 100% of your agreement – period.
 Service Refund Guarantee
We will honor all agreements under our Service Refund Guarantee Program if all the follow conditions are met:
- We are unable to obtain a offer better than your current situation with your lender.
- A Notice of Trustee Sale has not been set.
- Your application & payment were received by our offices prior to the your Notice of Default (NOD) filing date
- You fulfilled your obligations and/or document request in a timely manner under the terms of the Agreement.
Our Service Refund Guarantee Program is outlined in detailed within our Agreement. We reserve the right to decline any agreement and payment that is submitted for processing at any time.
In an event that we do decline your application, Elite Home Loans will refund you the total amount received. We look forward to having the opportunity to earn your business.
